Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
How to Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for this process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)
- Earrings and other body jewelry
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
